HITS exposes youth to better life opportunities through college tours, 1-on-1 mentoring, juvenile justice programs and community service programs.

With failing school systems, tough streets, predatory law enforcement policies and consistent negative media images – the odds are stacked against them, said Richard Lecky, co-founder and Executive Director for HITS, Inc. “At HITS we recognize the potential of these youth. Our goal is to help inner city youth beat the odds by exposing them to opportunity and pushing them to reach their potential.”
