International skateboard legends DGK and West Coast celebrity rap artist The Game teamed up for a highly anticipated after party for the Agenda Trade Show this past Friday night. Riding the a wave of the recent worldwide release of DGK’s first feature film “Parental Advisory” starring Stevie Williams, the event is now the talk of the town. The Game has taken the entertainment industry by storm with his hit album “Jesus Piece” and recent reality show on VH1 “Married to The Game.” He and Chris Brown performed a 30 minute set at the DGK Agenda after party. T.J. Holmes, longtime CNN Anchor and host of BET nightly news / talk show, “Don’t Sleep” received the Hennessy Privilege Award last night (Tuesday, – October 23rd) in NYC. The award ceremony took place at the trendy Catch Rooftop in front of 150 of NYC’s media elite, Hennessy USA and BET executives and the city’s top movers and shakers. Last night, YMCMB artist Drake celebrated his 26th birthday with Hennessy V.S in Washington, D.C. The rapper/singer took full advantage of Howard’s Homecoming Weekend and put on for the city with a special performance at the swanky Park on Fourteenth. Dressed to impress in rose colored gold framed glasses with a black velour collard shirt with pink and gold splashes of color, Drake hit the stage and performed some of his biggest hits to date.
Last night the stars came out to celebrate the 8th Annual Paper Magazine Nightlife Awards Presented by Hennessy V.S at Webster Hall in NYC. Roc Nation’s resident bad girl Rita Ora was in the house chatting up Bad Boy singer Cassie Ventura and Canadian beauty Melanie Fiona – who went blonde for the occasion. E-40’s artist, Laroo took center stage at Secret Sundayz, Hollywood’s only “hip-hop nightclub with a strip club touch,” for a star-studded party Sunday night celebrating the video release for his hot single “Upside Down” featuring Too $hort and Trina. This past weekend in New York City, actor Jamie Hector held his 3rd annual Moving Mountains fund raising weekend. The weekend consisted of two events, the youth showcase and the celebrity paintball tournament. Each year, Jamie Hector works hard to prepare a fun filled weekend to raise funds for his Moving Mountains Inc. organization so that the talented youth in the inner-city communities in NYC can have a place to go throughout the school year and during the summer season. The organization consists of young actors, dancers, singers and those who work behind the scenes to bring the productions to life. Jamie Hector assists the youth in every aspect of perfor ming arts, aiding them in perfecting their craft and taking it to another level.
