South African Vocalist Lira Covers the December/January 2015 issue of Heart & Soul Magazine also featuring Goapele, Keke Palmer & Sherri Shepherd
(Los Angeles, California – November 24, 2014) Heart & Soul Magazine releases their December/January 2015 issue with South African Vocalist, Lira, gracing the cover. Editor-in-Chief, Anita Kopacz, saw Lira in concert and immediately knew she was a Heart & Soul cover girl. In addition to her songbird voice, Lira’s story is one of self-love and resilience that is sure to elicit inspiration. Keke Palmer and Sherri Shepard hop on that inspiration train by being the first African Americans to play Cinderella and her Fairy Godmother, respectively, on Broadway. Singer/Songwriter, Goapele, also shares her jewels in this issue and talks about her new album Strong As Glass. She says that her album is “a tribute to the heart, soul and mind of a woman; to our emotional spectrum, tempo and range.”
In addition to these inspiring stories, Heart & Soul shares tips on “Healthy Holiday Eating”, “How to Feed Your Soul This New Year”, fitness and diet challenges, restoring hope and healing to auto immunity, what is safe to eat in pregnancy, and several other relevant holistic health stories.
