Dr. Randal Pinkett, co-founder, chairman and CEO of the multimillion dollar management consulting and IT solutions firm, New Jersey-based BCT Partners, spearheaded a  winning Entrepreneurial Empowerment Session on Saturday, May 3, 2014  Rutgers University – Piscataway Campus.

Abundant Life Family Worship Church and First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens sponsored the 3-hour session recognized aspiring business owners in a round-table discussion targeting goal setting, strategy and execution.  The event was informative and impactful; leaving the 1,000 audience members wanting more.  Dr. Pinkett expressed “The Entrepreneurial Empowerment Session exceeded my expectations with hundreds of aspiring and established business owners participating in a half-day symposium full of information, networking, and motivation. It was only appropriate that the founders of BCT Partners returned to the campus of Rutgers University, where we launched our first venture 21 years ago, to officially announce our intent to merge the company with Lynx Technology Partners.”

 

BCT Partners’ founding members Dallas Grundy, Lawrence Hibbert, Dr. Jeffrey Robinson talked about their beginnings in business and the evolution of BCT since its creation in 2001.  Each spoke of the trials and tribulations of building a business but kept their eyes on the prize.

The session included the announcement of BCT Partners LLC’s merger with Lynx Technology Partners, Inc., one of New York’s fastest growing IT consulting companies.  This combination will create a powerhouse management consulting, information technology and information security firm, blending the best and brightest talents and resources from each of these minority-owned companies, affording their customers and employees the benefit derived from a combined 15 years of business expertise and groundbreaking successes.  Chairman and CEO of Lynx Technology Partners, Aric K. Perminter, discussed the significance of the merger and their planned future.  The merged organization will be named BCT Partners LLC.
